A civilian is transformed into a solider through the military socialization. The soldiers with the rank that represents their status in the military stratification has influences for them in learning how to be a solider in this process. The soldiers' interaction at armed forces are limited to the rank framework of military ethics. Since the soldiers are personally on the total institution, also are personally to go through the situation that is forced by the micropower with function of discipline and sanction in the military socialization. The author intends to investigate how the draft soldiers understand the rank implications at armed forces through the interaction of subject and object in the military socialization, and how such experiences affect them to learn how to play their military role. The author adopts "in-depth interview" to collect data. Then the author interprets those data in the social context of military institutes, from the view of the draft soldiers to understand their experiences about the interpersonal relationship and interaction at armed forces, in order to realize the meaning of the rank of military ethics for them being a solider. Secondary, because of the cultural shock, once the draft soldiers firstly get into the situation that is full of restrictions and forces by the micropower on the everyone's behaviors in every day probably causes mental or physical symptoms. As a result of this study, the author plans further to investigate the soliders' inadaptability and coping under the stresses in the process of soldiers' military socialization.
