題名:工作保障與組織公民行為之研究

本研究乃是探討員工工作保障對組織公民行為的影響,根據前人的文獻發現,影響組織公民行為的因素有許多,但過去顯少研究探討工作保障與組織公民行為之關係。
本研究以全職員工為研究對象,總共寄發了350份問卷,刪除無效問卷之後,有效問卷為314份,回收問卷有效率為89.7%。
透過本研究發現:
一、當員工認知工作保障較高,組織公民行為的表現就愈高。
二、當員工認知工作保障較高,組織公民行為-個人層面(OCBI)的表現就愈高。
三、當員工認知工作保障較高,組織公民行為-組織層面(OCBO)的表現就愈高。
This purpose of the study is to examine the relationship between job security and organizational citizenship behavior. According to previous findings on organizational citizenship behavior by many factors, but in the past were less study the relationship between job security and organizational citizenship behavior.
In this study, full-time employees as the main study, 350 questionnaires were issued to remove after the invalid, 314 valid questionnaires; recycled questionnaire response rate was 89.7%. 3 findings are summarized as followed:
1. The more job security, the more organizational citizenship behavior will be in-creased.
2. The more job security, the more OCBI will be increased.
3. The more job security, the more OCBO will be increased.
