本篇報告是一位遭受暴力性侵害的少女，於急診室求診的護理經驗。照護期間爲2006年1月10日00:00至04:20，個案由母親及女警陪同到達急診室，經檢傷分類爲第一級，且以「995」代稱，以避免個案受到二度傷害，立即給予安全的環境，並以性侵害處置作業流程來處理。在急診就診期間，筆者藉由觀察、會談及身體評估來收集相關資料，發現個案主要的健康問題爲：疼痛、恐懼及強暴創傷症候群。筆者除給予關懷、呵護，更營造安全、溫馨的環境，使個案能完全放鬆，得到充分休息與沉澱，因此個案在驗傷、蒐證的過程中，相當配合。最後協助個案可以接受自己，勇敢面對問題，重新找到自己人生的目標。

This report describes the nursing care experience in the emergency room for a sexual assault victim. The duration of nursing care was between AM 0:00-04:20, January, 10, 2006. The patient’s mother and policewoman accompanied her to go to the emergency room. The medical group of emergency care offered immediate protection and isolation measures. This was followed by emergency documentation as part of the operative procedure of sexual assault victim, including examination and classification of the first-class wound. The patient name was substituted for number "995" to avoid two degrees of injury. During the emergency care, the methods of data collection used were included observation, face-to-face interview, and physical examination. The major health problems of the case included pain, fairness, and rape trauma syndrome. In addition to concern and charge, the author also established the safe and comfortable environment to let the patient fully relax and rest. Therefore the case quite coordinated in examines injuries and collect evidences. Finally, to help the patient accept herself, face the problem, and enhance confidence in herself.
