本研究目的以成年人參與規律式休閒為例發展並實證休閒契合度假設模式。並且驗證休閒契合度與休閒結果之關係，包括休閒滿意、心流體驗與幸福感。日常生活中有從事休閒活動的居民為本研究調查對象，施測地點在臺北市大安森林公園，共計回收有效問卷439份。資料以結構方程模式進行分析，研究結果顯示：「供給－需要契合度」顯著地正向影響休閒滿意、心流體驗與幸福感；「能力－要求契合度」顯著地正向影響休閒滿意及心流體驗，而與幸福感之間則無顯著關係。本研究結論為休閒契合度可增進個人休閒滿意、心流體驗及幸福感，唯「能力－要求契合度」無法提升幸福感。最後，提出可做為休閒活動規劃者在策劃活動時之建議。
The purpose of this study was to develop and test the hypothetical leisure fit model on adults, participating in regular leisure activities. Subsequently, this study examined the fundamental relationships among leisure fit, leisure satisfaction, flow experience and well-being. Participants of this study were the local residents, who participated in leisure activities in their daily life. Total 439 valid questionnaires were collected from the participants at Da-An Forest Park, Taipei. The obtained data were analyzed by structural equation modeling approach. The results revealed that leisure participants have greater supplies-needs fit significantly leads to a higher level of leisure satisfaction, flow experience and well-being. Furthermore, leisure participants showed greater abilities-requirements fit that also significantly leads to a higher level of leisure satisfaction and flow experience, but no significant effect on well-being. The conclusions of this study reveal that leisure fit can facilitate leisure satisfaction, flow experience and well-being. Nevertheless, abilities-requirements fit cannot improve the well-being. Our findings could be considered as useful reference for the management sector, while planning residents' leisure activities.
