社群網站的使用規模近年來呈現飛快的成長,其發展的歷程實為繼電子商務後又另一個網際網路的奇蹟。社群網站旨在於提供娛樂、強化並拓展人際關係。本研究探討信任、知覺有用性與知覺易用性對於社群網站採用的影響。此外,本研究亦驗證了熟悉性、知覺娛樂與同儕壓力對於使用意圖的影響。經由問卷調查方式,本研究驗證了社群網站使用行為模式,討論各研究構面對於使用意圖與行為的影響,以及實證結果對於使用者、社群參與者、以及社群網站服務提供者的意涵。
With its fleetingly growth rate of user scale, Social Networking Sites(SNS) indeed is another internet miracle as a follower of e-commerce. The purpose of SNSs is providing recreation, creating playfulness, enhancing and strengthen human relations. This study discusses the relationship between perceived playfulness, trust, normative pressure, familiarity, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and intention to use. With data collected randomly from college students, this study verified the proposed model, discussing the interrelationship between research constructs, and the implications of these analytic results on social networking sites and social networking sites providers.
