Purpose: This study aims to explore the differences between Leisure Motivation and Happiness of female high school students, and the difference between Leisure Motivation and happiness in different backgrounds. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted in this study. The study was conducted to participate in adolescent students. The study tools were investigated for the "Motivation and Happiness Scale and Basic Information". Statistical analysis of data, by describing the statistical, independent sample t test, snow fee after the comparison, product analysis and other statistical methods. Results: First, students of different ages have no effect on the motive of running. Second, different running time to participate in the number of exercise in the motivation to participate in a deeper experience. Third, the students of different ages in the sense of happiness did not affect. Fourth, different participation in the number of running hours in the sense of happiness have a deeper feeling. Fifth, the greater the motivation to participate in running exercise, the higher the happiness. Conclusion: to improve students 'awareness of the movement, in order to eliminate the students' doubts and obstacles to the movement, increase the intrinsic motivation. So as to improve the movement to participate in behavior, so that students feel positive happiness and emotions, reduce negative emotions and school pressure.
