本研究是以國中二年級學生為對象，應用父母管教態度測驗、社會焦慮量表、社會計量測驗，來探討(一) 父母管教態度與子女社會焦慮之關係，(二) 社會焦慮與同儕人緣之關係，及(三) 社會焦慮與學校成績之關係。研究結果顯示：(一) 男女生在社會焦慮上有顯著的差異，(二) 父母管教態度與社會焦慮有關，(三) 社會焦慮與學校成績有顯著的相關，及(四) 社會焦慮與同擠人緣有關。
This investigation was concerned with the relationship of social anxiety to parental child-rearing attitudes among 360 Chiness students from Changan Junior High School in Changhua, Taiwan. The instruments used included a parental child-rearing attitudes test, a social anxiety scale, and a sociometric test. The results revealed (1) The difference in social anxiety between boys and girls was statistically significant. (2) Some parental child-rearing attitudes were related to social anxiety. (3) The correlation between social anxiety and school performance was significant. (4) Social anxiety was related to peer relationship.
