題名:我國大學生決策型態與職業決策行為之研究

本研究以919名大學一至三年級學生為調查樣本,進行職業決策型態及相關因素之探討;再以54名大一學生為實驗對象,分析系統決策訓練材料對各實驗組樣本職業決策行為的影響。研究結果發現:(1)我國大學生較傾向於理性型反應,唯受組別、性別及年級因素之影響甚大;1. 社會組學生依賴型傾向顯著高於自然組;2. 男生較傾向於理性型反應,女生則較傾向於依賴型反應;3. 依賴型反應有隨年級之增加而降低的趨勢。(2) 系統決策材料對理性組學生的職業決策行為具有刺激功效,可促使其對職業決策情境有更積極的動機反應;唯此一材料對依賴組及直覺組學生效果不顯著。根據各項研究結果,研究者建議深入研究國人職業行為發展的模式,編製適用的職業輔導材料,以加強大學生的職業輔導工作。
The Decision Making Style Questionnaire (DMSQ) was administered to 919 college students to investigate their decision-making styles and factors correlated with it. Results of the investigation showed that college students in Taiwan generally inclined toward rational style in making decision, but females, lower graders, and students majored in humanistic and social sciences were more dependent in the decision-making context.
Another 54 college freshmen were participated in an experiment to study the effects of a set of systematic training materials on students with different decision-making style. Subjects were divided into rational, dependent, and intuitive groups according to their scores on the DMSQ. Their pre- and post-experiment scores on the Career Decision Making Scale (CDMS) and the Experiment Response Questionnaire were analyzed. Results indicated the systematic decision making training materials was effective in stimulating subjects' motivation for further exploration on their career development. The effects was significant for rational group students only.
Both results of the investigation and experiment were discussed and recommendations were made in terms of their implications for promoting college career guidance services in Taiwan.
