本研究係以辦公室自動化為例,進行組織學習論之探討。當組織與環境互動時,即產生了學習。二十世紀的學習理論,大要分為二派,即聯合論與認知論,本研究在將個人的學習理論及組織學習理論的立論基礎加以整合之後,提出本研究的觀念梁構;次級行動成效是受初級行動成效所支配,或受組織特徵所支配。 本研究針對國內實施辦公室自動化的業者進行分析,採取人員的訪問法。所收集的有效問卷共281份,計分47家企業。所收集的樣本經信度、效度的檢驗之後,遂以有關的統計分析(相關性檢定、變異數分析、逐步廻歸分析及區別分析)對各假設加以驗證。研究發現組織規模、分權、電腦化成效分別為決定電子郵遞成效、決策系統成效、網路系統成效的支配性因素。前兩者係支持認知論的學習觀點,後者係支持聯合論的學習觀點。本研究依據研究發現,並參酌次級行動的特性提出組織學習的情境觀點,並說明經驗累積的重要以及組織如何累積其經驗的方法。
This study investigates the factors that influence the performance of electronic mail, network and decision support systems. A survey of 47 firms revealed that organizational size is sifnificantly correlated with the performance of electronic mail computerization experience with the performance of network; and decentralization with the performance of decision of decision support systems Based on the viewpoints of organizational learning the performance of electronic mail and decision support systems support cognitionism, and the performance of network support connectionism. Implications for further implications of electronic mail network and decision support systems in Taiwan businesses are discussed.
