The Gulf War brought about a new military revolution, the Revolution in Military Affairs (RMA) lead by the U.S. Communist China has begun to study RMA through its focus on local war under high technological conditions. One of the predominant characteristics of RMA is war in the information age, where the nature, form and ways of war are changing. To increase our understanding of the development and capability of Communist China in RMA, this article explores RMA related works of the Chinese military.
