[目的/意義]結合中國文化情境,從使能和抑制雙重視角探究影響高校科研團隊隱性知識共享意愿的因素及其作用機理。[方法/過程]整合計劃行為理論、面子理論和激勵理論,提出研究假設并構建理論模型。采用問卷訪談的方式收集來自中部10余所高校科研團隊的297份有效問卷為研究樣本,利用Smart PLS 2.0驗證理論模型。[結果/結論]助人愉悅感正向促進隱性知識共享意愿,感知優勢喪失負向抑制隱性知識共享意愿;集體主義傾向和組織獎勵對助人愉悅感有正向影響作用,而感知面子威脅對助人愉悅感有負向影響作用;感知面子威脅和感知個人所有權對感知優勢喪失有正向影響作用,而組織獎勵對感知優勢喪失有負向影響作用。
[Purpose/significance] This paper tries to explore factors influencing tacit knowledge sharing desire in university research team and their interaction mechanism in Chinese cultural context from dual-perspectives of enablers and inhibitors. [Method/process] Based on the theory of planned behaviour,the face theory and the motivation theory,hypotheses and theoretical model are proposed. 297 valid questionnaires of research teams from more than 10 central region universities are collected as research samples. Smart PLS 2. 0 is applied to test hypotheses and the model. [Result/conclusion] Joviality of helping others significantly promotes tacit knowledge sharing desire,while perceived loss of advantage restrains it. Tendency of collectivism and organizational reward have significant positive impact on joviality of helping others, while perceived threat of face has a negative impact on it. Perceived threat of face and perceived self-ownership have significant positive impact on perceived loss of advantage,while organizational reward has a negative impact on it.
