【目的/意義】大數據環境下,旅游企業競爭情報系統的構建,可以使旅游企業對市場競爭環境和競爭對手進行預測和監控,及時了解客戶的需求和旅游市場的發展趨勢,對提高旅游企業的核心競爭力具有十分重要的意義。【方法/過程】論文探討了大數據環境下的旅游企業競爭情報系統的變革趨勢,提出了競爭情報工作存在的問題,分析了旅游企業競爭情報系統的功能需求以及構建原則,在此基礎上,提出旅游企業競爭情報系統的構建框架,并闡述了旅游企業競爭情報系統的運行機制。【結果/結論】大數據環境下旅游企業競爭情報系統的構建為旅游企業采集、儲存、分析及處理情報信息提供了渠道,對旅游企業參與市場競爭起到了很好的指導作用。
【Purpose/significance】Under the environment of big data, the construction of competitive intelligence system for tourism enterprises can enable tourism enterprises to forecast and monitor the market competition environment and competitors, timely understand the needs of customers and the development trend of tourism market, which is of great significance to improve the core competitiveness of tourism enterprises.【Method/process】This paper discusses the changing trend of the competitive intelligence system of tourism enterprises under the big data environment, puts forward the problems existing in the competitive intelligence work, analyses the functional requirements and construction principles of the competitive intelligence system of tourism enterprises, and on this basis, the construction framework of the competitive intelligence system of tourism enterprises is proposed, and the operation mechanism of the competitive intelligence system of tourism enterprises is expounded.【Result/conclusion】The construction of competitive intelligence system for tourism enterprises under the environment of big data provides a channel for tourism enterprises to collect, store, analyze and process information, and plays a very good guiding role for tourism enterprises to participate in market competition.
