【目的/意義】對圖書館領域微信服務的研究現狀分析,可以了解到國內目前圖書館的數字化服務現狀,對提高圖書館的服務水平有重要意義。【方法/過程】以CSSCI來源期刊(2019-2020)目錄收錄的相關數據為研究對象,分析了其中圖書館、情報與文獻學領域的20本期刊,研究了這些期刊從2011年至2018年來,在圖書館微信服務領域的163篇文獻。采用文獻計量學方法,以R軟件和VOSviewer為技術手段,研究該領域文獻的分布,主要包括合作網絡和主題分布。【結果/結論】通過共現分析和作者共現建立了研究圖譜,從兩個維度識別出了該領域的研究熱點,研究結果可用于相關學者了解該問題的研究現狀。

【Purpose/significance】By analyzing the current situation of WeChat service in library field, we can understand the current situation of digital service in domestic libraries, which is of great significance to improve the service level of libraries.【Method/process】Based on the source journals listed in CSSCI source journals(2019-2020), 20 journals in the fields of Library, Information and Archival were analyzed, and 163 documents in the field of library WeChat service from2011 to 2018 were studied. This paper uses bBibliometrics method and R software and VOSviewer as technical means to study the distribution of literature in this field, mainly including cooperative network and subject distribution.【Result/conclusion】Through co-occurrence analysis and co-occurrence of authors, the research map was established, and the research hotspots in this field were identified from two dimensions, which can be used by relevant scholars to understand the current research status of this issue.
