旅遊近年來持續升溫,旅遊服務質量也成為熱門研究領域。本文基於民族地區的數據,通過實證研究的方法,建立民族旅遊服務質量評價指標模型;使用IPA方法對各維度進行分析,探索服務質量在不同維度下的滿意度與重要性差異,提出相應的服務質量提升策略,為民族旅遊地區的服務質量提升提供了理論支撐和實踐指導。

Travelling is prosperous these years accompanied with more researches on the service quality of travelling.Based on the data from ethnic sites,this article established the evaluation model of tourism service quality via empirical research approach,analyzed the dimensions of service quality via IPA method,explored the differences of satisfaction and importance among dimensions, and proposed the corresponding strategies of enhancing tourism service quality. Also this article shows theoretical support and practical guidance for the improvement of tourism service quality.
