題名:身體活動自我報告量表之效度及信度的研究--以TriTrac-R3D三度空間加速器為效標

     本研究以國內大女生73名經簽署同意書之自願者為對象,旨在探討兩種問卷測量工具(身體活動七日回憶法問卷(7-d PAR)、三日記錄法日誌(3-d PAL))之信度與效度。受測者於研究期間佩帶三度空間加速器(TriTrac-R3D accelerometer),連續監測八天(七個完整日),以瞭解其身體活動之變化狀況,並以此為效標(criterion),探討7-d PAR及3-d PAL之效度。 研究結果顯示7-d PAR之效度為Spearman's rho=.86(P<.001),3-d PAL之效度為Spearman's rho=.81(P<.001)。7-d PAR之兩週後再測信度為Spearman's rho=.97(P<.001)3-d PAL之兩週後再測信度為Spearman's rho=.95(P<.001)。綜合前著「身體活動自我報告量表之效度及信度的研究-以Polar Vantage NV心博率監測器為效標」之研究結果,證實7-d PAR與3-d PAL 均具有良好之信度與效度,此兩種量表均可用於大規模之社區調查及流行病學研究,作為組織或群體身體活動量之估計。惟,就施測之便利性言之,以3-d PAL較為便利與節省時間。
