The teacher should self-evaluate his teaching all the time, so that he can improve his teaching. This study, on the basis of the P.E. teaching of three elementary schools, using the systematic observation of adjusted FOTOP, recording on the video tape all the time and with the records and data processing of the computer, is to explore the purposes of the survey: 1.The arrangement of managerial time of the P.E. teachers to the three elementary schools. 2.The teaching flow of the P.E. of the three elementary schools. 3.The analysis of the frequency and the percentage of teaching behaviors of the teachers. 4.The rate of the comparison between the teaching and nonteaching. 5.Observing the episodes of the P.E. teacher's teaching styles. To come to some conclusions followed below from the analysis and the discussion of the datum. 1.It is interesting that it takes less time on the class management in the 6th grade students than in the 4th grade students. Maybe it's reasonable that the higher-grade students are more developed than the lower-grade students. 2.It shows the teacher's whole teaching structures from the data processing of the computer, such as the arrangements of preparation, development, and the combination. 3.In the three teachings, the fact that all the student's activities take over 50% on the time. As same as expert opinions. 4.The strategy of the effective teaching should reduce the time of waiting, management, and moving; and it also should increase the participating time. The datum offered by using the systematic observation in this study can submit the teaches to exam the usage of teaching time so that the teachers can fulfill the P.E. more efficiently. 5.The three cases in this study can conclude that all the them are the commanding teaching, and the episodes are among 7-9 in one class.
