題名:慢跑訓練方案對高職智能障礙學生體適能及人際關係影響之研究

本研究的主要目的探討慢跑訓練對本校特教班學生健康體適能及人際關係的影響。本研究是以ABA倒返實驗設計,針對7位智能障礙學生實施八週的慢跑實驗方案。研究結果: 一、在體適能方面 (一) 速度訓練的效果:七位受試者在經過八週的訓練後,整體上速度都有進步。一旦停止練習,速度就又變慢。 (二) 耐力訓練的效果:七位受試者在經過慢跑訓練後,整體上耐力都有改善,跑1600公尺的成績都有進步,慢跑訓練對學生耐力的改變最有成效,進步最多。 (三) 肌力訓練的效果:在訓練後肌力的表現整體上都有改善。 (四) 柔軟度訓練的效果:經過訓練後整體受試者的柔軟度都有進步。 (五) 知動能力的效果:在經過慢跑訓練後,七位受試者整體表現知動能力都有明顯改善。 (六) 生理組成的效果:訓練前、後七位學生體重整體平均雖有減少但不明顯。 二、在人際關係方面的成效 (一) 自信心的效果:訓練前、後受試學生的整體自信心改變是相當明顯。 (二) 負責任的效果:訓練前、後受試學生的負責任態度整體平均進步,工作成效大有改善。 (三) 和睦相處的效果:訓練前、後七位學生的和睦相處部分整體平均進步很多,效果明顯。 (四) 心情穩定的效果:訓練前、後受試學生整體的心情穩定平均數有進步。 (五) 合作度的成效:訓練前、後受試學生的合作度整體平均值也有進步。
The purpose of this study described the effect of jogging on the physical fitness and human relationships of mild mental retarded students. This study evaluated a 8-week jogging program two sessions per week each sessions 50minutes among seven retarded students. The result ABA single –case research designs indicated the effects of a jogging program as followings: 1.The effect of jogging on the physical fitness Generally, the effect of jogging on the physical fitness can develop speed, endurance power, flexibility, strength, biomotor area. No much difference was found for body composition area. 2.The effect of jogging on the human relationships Generally, the effect of jogging on the human relationships can also improve their self concept, self confidence, mental control, mutual cooperation and social responsibility.
