本研究目的在分析長榮大學學生體適能狀況並與教育部體適能常模做比較。本研究以長榮大學104 學年度日間部一年級學生為研究對象,測驗方法是以教育部所訂定方法為標準,項目包括坐姿體前彎、屈膝仰臥起坐、立定跳遠、跑走。所測得各項體適能成績以描述性統計及t 檢定進行分析。結果:一、本研究學生各項體適能檢測結果發現:19 歲男學生在坐姿體前彎、仰臥起坐、跑走等項目屬於「中等」,在立定跳遠項目屬於「待加強」;20 歲男學生在坐姿體前彎、跑走等項目屬於「中等」、在立定跳遠項目屬於「待加強」、在仰臥起坐項目屬於「銅牌」。19 歲及20 歲女學生在坐姿體前彎、立定跳遠項目皆屬於「中等」,在仰臥起坐項目皆屬於「銅牌」,在跑走項目皆屬於「待加強」。二、本研究學生與教育部體適能常模比較結果:19 歲男學生體適能在坐姿體前彎、立定跳遠等項目顯著較教育部體適能常模來的差;20 歲男學生在坐姿體前彎、立定跳遠及跑走等部分顯著較教育部體適能常模差;19 歲女學生在坐姿體前彎、立定跳遠及跑走等部分顯著較教育部體適能常模差;20 歲女學生在立定跳遠、跑走部分顯著較教育部體適能常模差。結論:本研究學生各項體適能表現普遍都較教育部體適能常模差,還有很大的改善空間。
The purpose for this research is to analyze the physical fitness for the new students in Chang-Rung University. And compare them to the sample from the Ministry of Education. The research object includes the Day school first grade students in 2015. The test is using the test from the Ministry of Education’s standard. It includes sitting and bending, sit-ups with bend one’s knees, Stop to the long jump and running. The results from each test needs to analyze the data to gather statistics, T test. A: Result for the students in this research: 19 year-old male student in sitting and bending, sit-ups and running are medium. Stop to the long jump is poor. 20 year-old male student in sitting and bending and running are medium. Stop to the long jump is poor. And the sit-ups gets "a bronze medal". 19 and 20 year-old female students in sitting and bending and stop to the long jump are medium. Sit-ups gets "a bronze medal", and running is poor. B: Compare the students in this research to the sample from the Ministry of Education: 19 year-old male student in sitting and bending and stop to the long jump are worse than the sample from the Ministry of Education. 20 year-old male student in sitting and bending, stop to the long jump and running are worse than the sample from the Ministry of Education. 19 year-old female student in sitting and bending, stop to the long jump and running are worse than the sample from the Ministry of Education. 20 year-old female student in stop to the long jump and running are worse than the sample from the Ministry of Education. Conclusion: The physical fitness for the students from the research is worse than the sample from the Ministry of Education. Still needs a lot of improvements.
