摘要 通過總結前人對創業管理研究方法的相關研究，並結合對JBV 和中國期刊網上有 關創業的實證研究文獻進行對比分析，本文發現國外的實證研究相對比較規範，中國 實證研究在樣本、資料收集以及資料的分析方法等方面還有待於進一步提高。本文通 過對比分析國內外創業管理實證研究的狀況，找出中國實證研究的不足及存在問題的 原因，並展望創業管理實證研究的未來研究方向。

Abstract This paper discovers empirical studies overseas are more standard compared to the domestic after summarizing antecedents’ relative study about entrepreneurial management and by combining the comparation of articles between JBV and CNKI. Then we find domestic papers still can improve in sample description, data collecting and data analysis techniques. Our paper compares the state of empirical study on entrepreneurial management home and abroad and realizes the deficiency of domestic papers as well as the reasons and finally expects the future study about empirical study of entrepreneurial management.
