In this Study, the application of RFID technique on various fields was understood and constructing a sports facility management system for Chang Jung Christian University (CJCU) was aimed at and probed into initially. Results showed: 1. The development of barcode technique was earlier than the development of RFID technique. Moreover, the two-dimensional barcode could offer value-added functions for the administrating and using of sports facilities like the service of mobile learning. RFID technique could let a school improve the service quality, satisfaction and operating efficiency, reduce the operating cost, and campaign varieties of promotions by the developing of sports facilities management system containing RFID technique. Then, the demands of teachers and students when making use of sports facilities could be fulfilled and customers from outside of the schools would be attracted to use these facilities progressively. 2. Sports facilities in Chang Jung Christian University were so numerous that eleven administration systems were planed to manage them easily. In addition, we made some suggestions for the authority of adminisirator and the select of barcode or RF1I) system. When develop a system, it would be beneficial for training programming development, athletic and Sports & recreation management talent persons if this system could be developed and put to use. As for the questions of budget estimating, developing integrated system at a time or independent subsystem at many times, the privacy of personal data, the separation of authority between administrators and the management of network security, they were all need to pay attention when developing and using this kind system.
