在過去台灣傳統製造業時代，有效的管理流程提升效率與掌握成本可以使企業獲得符合該企業經濟規模的利潤。但面臨產業變動快速的時代，企業要生存唯有仰賴知識與創新。而知識的類型與結構皆有所不同，若無法有效的搜尋、彙整和應用，則會影響到企業創新的績效。因此，如何有效運用知識管理提昇創新績效，已成為企業永續發展的重要議題。本研究回顧過去知識管理相關的文獻，針對知識管理與企業創新績效的議題進行管理概念性的推導研究。結論為彙整知識管理相關文獻，並且藉由文獻分析與推論彙整二項研究命題，提供後續研究者參考。
In the past, the excellent management process helped to obtain economic of scale with manufacturing, which improved production efficiency and production cost down. The enterprise had to count upon knowledge and innovation to operate for business environmental change. Therefore, this is important issue on business sustainable development, how applied knowledge management to improved organization innovation performance. Within the extensive literature on knowledge management, we had deduction research of concept with the issue for knowledge management and organization innovation performance. In conclusion, we will begin our discussion by reviewing the literature review and proposition, and then turn to the organization management issues. This article points to new possibilities for future research.
