本研究欲透過文獻探討針對學習導向、知識管理機制與組織績效之變數建立關係模式,並提出「組織績效」之前因變數,將學習導向劃分成三構面「學習承諾」、「願景分享」、「開放心智」與中介變項的「知識管理機制」等構面,並同時對多個關係進行假設檢定,尋求最適配之理論模式。研究結果有助高科技產業廠商業者根據本身不同的產業以及公司的類型,塑造適合公司本身之管理策略。
research creates the cause-effect model of learning orientation, knowledge management mechanism and organization performance. This research proposes the pre-variables of "organization performance" are those aspects, learning orientation divided to three concept "Commitment to Learning", "Shared Vision", "Open-Mindedness", and intervening variable is "Knowledge Management Mechanism" etc. Through empirical example analysis, this research can get most of every variable, and understand the variable and variable existence relation and intensity of one. The result of this study is helpful High-Tech industries factory according to different industries and companies to shape their own management strategies.
