注意力缺陷過動症（attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, ADHD）主要徵狀是不專注、過動和衝動，這些行為徵狀影響他們動作技能的學習，導致大部分ADHD學童動作發展的相關能力均落後於一般無障礙學童。本文搜尋近年來國內外相關文獻，將ADHD學童動作發展相關能力區分為動作發展、動作協調與平衡能力以及反應時間與動作控制等兩大主題進行整理與分析，並探討改善ADHD學童動作發展相關能力之策略與應用，期能提供ADHD學童動作發展後續之相關研究及學校教師或相關人員教學時之參考。
