國民教育不只是職前訓練，更是決定未來國家公民素質的重要階段。國家的競爭力除了累積知識和技術外，更重要的是國民在青少年時期的栽培，不僅是智育上的開發，五育的並重及生命教育、學習精神等等課題更應是健全的國民不可或缺的觀念。本研究針對教育部於2010年所頒佈的五大教育主軸進行DEMATEL分析，其研究架構包括「以全人教育為目標」、「以生命教育為基礎」、「以終身學習為精神」、「以完全學習為歷程」等四項構面及其底下九條準則，旨在探究其各項構面及準則間之關連性及相互影響關係，透過多位現任教職員填寫專家問卷進行分析，從中找出最扼要的教育關鍵。其研究結果顯示，國民教育的重點中，生命教育扮演著極為重要的關鍵，而師長的教育態度及行為或許便是決定青少年教育成敗的重點。

Compulsory Education is not only pre-job training, is also an important process of people standard of living cultivation. The country's competitiveness in addition to accumulated knowledge and technology, more important is the cultivation of citizens at a young age, not only on intellectual development, five nurture and life education, the attitude of learning should be a necessary concept of national integrity. This study using DEMATEL method to analysis the Ministry of Education issued Five focus of education in 2010, and the research framework include the "Holistic education as the goal", " Life education as the basis ", " Lifelong learning as the mind " and " integrated learning as the course", and under the four dimensions other nine criteria, to explore the sticking point of education from between dimensions and criteria related and mutual influence. The results show that the focus of compulsory education, life education plays a very important role, and teacher’s behavior and teaching attitude may determine the success or failure of the focus of youth education.
