本研究目的在於透過闡述與剖析研究者自身的經歷，即在為博士論文尋找與駐足田野地時，所面臨的困擾與問題的自我反思，進而探究學術工作者在田野場域中的位置，以及自身與田野的關係．內文包括二大部分：研究者與田野場域的關係、田野場域的威脅與枷鎖。第一部分描繪田野場域歷史背景與現況發展，以及進入田野前的準備工作與資料蒐集，同時說明研究者與田野場域的關係。第二部分說明田野場域失衡的元素與威脅，以及官僚體制與無形枷鎖下，研究者的情感糾結與自我反思。最後文末歸結，經由田野工作的洗禮，使研究者體悟到，人類學家在田野場域中應處的立場與位置，以及應對進退態度。
This study aims to explore the researcher's position in the field and the relationship between the researcher and the field through the narration and analysis of individual's fieldwork experiences. The first part described the historical background and current development of the field site, the preparation for data collection, and explained the relationship between the researcher and the field site. The second part expounded the elements caused the field site out-of-balance and the complex emotion of the researcher under the bureaucrat system. Finally, the researcher understood the position and attitude of the anthropologist in the field site.
