The purposes of this study were to understand goal benefits and performance assessments for University Football Association (UFA) from the coaches and athletes. The subjects were 22 coaches and 345 athletes joined 102 semi-final and final competitions for UFA. The questionnaire was used to collect those data. The instrument was the Goal Benefits and Performance Assessment Scale for UFA. Those data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, and oneway ANOVA (analysis of variance). The results were as in the follows: a) Goal benefits for UFA were significantly reached personal benefits and competitive benefits. In addition, the social benefits were just reached the general level. b) Match management, organization resource, and registration of performance assessments for UFA were just reached the general level. It advised that the numbers for the soccer needed to increase, and enhance functions for UFA, such as registration system, athlete management system, and competition management. Furthermore, organizations, media, competition management, and universities needed to improve to increase performances for UFA.
