本研究主要在瞭解男同志間進行無套性交之經驗，研究方法採敘事研究，輔以半結構式訪談，以立意取樣及滾雪球的方式，招募到兩位目前或曾經進行無套性交者進行訪談；分析方式採敘說研究的分析步驟，並強調研究的嚴謹性及倫理，在進行研究過程中盡力維護研究參與者之福祉與權益。透過本研究的資料處理、分析及歸納後，提出之結論如下：一、男同志進行無套性交的經驗：（一）對「無套性交」的定義多元且有彈性；（二）第一次的無套性交發生在尚未準備好的狀況下，甚至對安全性行為還沒有正確的觀念。二、男同志選擇無套性交的想法與心情：（一）在進行無套性交前會擔心疾病的傳染，但仍有判斷的標準以避免讓自己暴露在危險的情況下；（二）擔憂背後抱著姑且一試的心情，但仍會在事後確定自己的安全；（三）保險套是種生、心理上的阻隔，阻隔了兩人更親密的機會。三、進行無套性交的男同志面對他人眼光的經驗與調適：（一）社會的污名化放大了疾病與同志的連結；（二）用沉默來迴避對於無套性交的不解與歧視。最後，本研究根據上述結論，進一步提出對實務工作者及未來研究的建議。

The purpose of this research is to understand male homosexuals’ sex experience in barebacking. Narrative research and semi-structured interviews were conducted for the study, using purposive sampling to choose two people who have had or have bareback sex experience. We analyzed the study through narrative research, emphasizing the accuracy and ethics of the study. We also tried the best to maintain the rights and interests of the participants for this study during the research. After carefully proceeded, analyzed and summarized, here are the conclusions: 1. Male homosexuals’ bareback sex experience: (1) No set definition of “bareback sex” diverse and resilient; (2) The first-time experience occurred when one was not ready or did not perceive the right concept of sex. 2. Thoughts and feelings of male homosexuals in bareback sex: (1) Being concerned about the possible contagious diseases, nonetheless, being able to judge the situations with own standards to avoid dangerous engagements; (2) Despite of the concern, still being willing to give it a try, but will make sure of their own safety afterwards; (3) The use of condom is a show of physiological and mental separation. Believing it breaks the intimacy of two people. 3. The experience of encountering the judgments from others and the adaptations of male homosexuals who have engaged in bareback sex: (1)The stigma of relating homosexuality and diseases by society; (2) Use silence to avoid sexual intercourse for no condom puzzled and discrimination. At last, the study presents some suggestions for practical work and future studies based on the conclusion of this research.
