背景:下蹲經常存在於亞洲及非洲國家生活的具體行為中,像是抬起物品、舉起小孩及上廁所,也與許多雜務及工作有直接或間接的關聯性存在,諸如擦拭地板、耕作、貼磁磚、鋪地毯,但膝關節在高度的彎曲及過度壓力下,長久下來容易造成膝關節的病痛。然動態蹲卻是肌力訓練等健身運動的一項重要項目,卻潛藏著傷害的因子,因此加以探討全蹲(full squat)、踮腳蹲(tiptoe squat)與座椅蹲(chair squat)等不同動態蹲型態對下肢運動學及動力學所產生的影響,以供健身運動等領域參考依據。方法:收集國內外相關文獻,以文獻回顧方式加以探討。結語:不同型態動態蹲對下肢運動學及動力學皆會產生影響,個人需了解影響動態蹲之因素,並依生理狀態或需求,選擇適合的動態蹲運動以保持身體穩定或減輕下肢關節負荷,以降低傷害發生的可能性。
