本研究旨在探討園藝活動對國小學童氣質發展之影響。研究對象為屏東某國小學童,研究方法採準實驗量化分析。研究設計是將三到五年級共46 名學童分為實驗組及控制組,實驗組成員參與每週一次,每次2 小時,共10 次之「小毛豆園藝成長營」。測量工具為「學齡兒童氣質量表」,前後測資料以描述性統計和共變數進行分析。研究發現實驗、控制組受試者的氣質,未因園藝活動而有顯著差異。研究者並對後續研究提供相關建議。
This study aimed to explore the effects of horticultural activities on the temperament of elementary school students. The subjects were 46 3rd-5th grade school students in Pingtung County who were divided into an experimental group and a control group. The experimental group members took part in “The Growth of Small Peas Gardening Camp” which was held once a week, each 2 hours, and a total of ten times. The temperament scale for school children was used as the measuring tool, and the descriptive statistic ANCOVA were applied to analyze data. The results showed that there was no significant difference of temperament between the experimental and control subjects due to the gardening activities. The implications for the present study are discussed and suggestions for teachers and further research are also proposed.
