　　　　　領導能力問卷(Leadership Competencies Assessment Instrument, LCAI)英文版為Baker III (1996)所編製，可以測量領導者的領導能力成熟度。本研究探討修訂的中文版「領導能力問卷」，首先概述有關領導能力的研究，接著簡介該問卷的理論基礎、問卷內容、施測程序和分析結果應用。經分析142位國內某國立大學校院行政人員的施測資料，結果發現此問卷的信度和效度尚屬不錯，而驗證性因素分析的考驗結果，顯示所提出的理論模式與資料適配。
　　　　　 The English version of LCAI which was developed by Baker III, is a instrument for measuring self-perceptions of leader readiness. The purpose of this paper was to study the Chinese version of LCAI and some related theories, contents, administrations, applications were introduced. It was tested on 142 subjects who were the administrators at one university. According to the results, the Chinese version of LCAI has good reliability and validity. The results of confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) also showed that the proposed theoretical models fitted the data well.
