     在同一產業環境中,為什麼組織的改變績效經常是不一樣?本文採用縱斷時序的研究取向,選擇臺灣電子產業推動ISO9000活動的企業組織為樣本對象,深入剖析ISO9000改變活動中的重要相關時間點與涵義。研究結論呈現企業組織推動ISO9000改變活動歷程中,所需經歷的改變時距包括:「偵側知曉期」、「訊息警示期」、「啟動規劃期」、「執行改變與績效維持期」及「成果等待期」。其中,本文清楚驗證已取得認證組織在偵側知曉環境特性和進行活動規劃的間距上,均明顯優於未取得認證組織。本研究結果所反映主要意義在於強調「謀定慎始」的觀念,也可以說決定組織能否成功推動ISO9000改變活動的關鍵因素,是在於環境偵測知曉期和啟動規劃期的管理效果。
     In the same industrial environment, the organization changing performance--the amount of time to get the ISO 9000 certification is not always the same, why? This study takes a longitudinal approach in investigating the significance of time periods and its meaning of ISO 9000 which was promoted by Taiwan electronic industry. This study displays the periods of the process of ISO 9000 promoted by organizations which include "period of detection", "period of informative dissemination," "initiation planning period," "period of operational changes," and "assessment period." This study clearly testified that those organizations which have acquired the ISO 9000 certification recognition of optimal lengths to the periods between "period of detection" and "initiation planning period" are significantly superior than those which have not acquired.
