運用心理資本量表、志愿者角色認同重要性問卷和利他行為量表,對231名志愿者進行調查,考察心理資本和利他行為之間的關系,以及志愿者角色認同在其中的中介作用。結果表明:(1)志愿者的心理資本顯著正向預測志愿者角色認同和利他行為,志愿者角色認同顯著正向預測利他行為;(2)志愿者角色認同在心理資本和利他行為之間起部分中介作用。因此,心理資本既能直接影響利他行為,也通過志愿者角色認同間接影響利他行為。
To explore the relationship between psychological capital and altruistic behavior,and the mediating effect of volunteer role identity,the Psychological Capital Questionnaire,the Volunteer Role Identity Importance Scale and the Self-Sacrificial Altruism Scale were administered to 231 volunteers. Results showed that:(1) Volunteer’s psychological capital positively predicted the volunteer role identity and altruistic behavior; volunteer role identity positively predicted volunteer altruistic behavior;( 2) Volunteer role identity partially mediated the relationship between psychological capital and altruistic behavior. Thus,psychological capital impacted altruistic behavior not only directly but also through the intermediate effects of volunteer role identity.
