In the network environment,the exploitation obstacle caused by copyright notice failure makes copyright registration system get much attention.However,the copyright registration system faces practical difficulties,such as high registration cost,low efficiency and insufficient information update.The blockchain technology featuring decentralization,trustworthiness and anonymity can overcome the disadvantages of copyright registration system.However,the combination of the two also faces many challenges.Relying on the actual situation of blockchain technology and the basic environment of copyright registration in Chinas the copyright registration system driven by blockchain technology should be changed from the following aspects:building a public-private registration mode,clarifying the legal responsibility of registration service providers and strengthening the changes of registration rules.
