發展閱讀推廣專業教育是貫徹落實全民閱讀國家政策、壯大閱讀推廣人才隊伍的必然要求,是促進閱讀推廣事業持續發展的重要保障,是實現從閱讀推廣人到閱讀推廣人才轉變的重要途徑。根據我國教育體制,可在職業教育、高等教育、繼續教育中增設閱讀推廣人才專業教育。詳述在高等教育體系中,由圖書館學系主導并聯合相關院系,設置閱讀推廣專業碩士學位,并提出培養方案。

Professional education program on reading promotion is essential for implementing the national reading policy,strengthening the team of reading promoter,and the sustainable development and the professionalization of reading promotion. Presently, it is of certain advantages to develop professional education program on reading promotion. According to the education system in China,professional education of reading promotion can be added into vocational education,higher education,and continuing education. This article proposes a detailed training scheme for professional education in higher education system, in which the school of library science plays a dominant role and associates with other relevant departments,at the meanwhile,the master’s degree of reading promotion is set up.
