文章以國外高水平高校智庫為研究對象,分析其運行機制,為中國特色新型高校智庫建設提供參考。運用文獻調研法、網站調查法,將8家國外高水平高校智庫分為4類,歸納4類國外高校智庫在組織管理、人才配置、資金管理、項目運營等方面的特點。從管理模式、資金來源、人才隊伍、合作交流4個方面總結國外高水平高校智庫運行機制對中國特色新型高校智庫建設的啟示。

This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the operation mechanisms of eight influential foreign highlevel university-affiliated think tanks, aiming at providing references for the future development of whole new university-affiliated think tanks in China. Through literature review and website investigation,it divides the eight think tanks into four categories, and summarizes each category’s features in terms of organization, personnel,funding and project operation. On this basis, it proposes that Chinese university-affiliated think tanks should improve their management,expand their funding resources,build their competitive talent teams,and strengthen their communication and co-operation with all kinds of institutions home and abroad.
