【Purpose/significance】Competitive intelligence research model based on the perspective of corporate due diligence can effectively help enterprises avoid the complexity, uncertainty and various risk problems in the process of competitive intelligence.【Method/process】Based on the theoretical basis of summarizing citation, problem analysis and model construction, a due diligence subject model based on competitive intelligence issues and application perspective was developed.On the basis of summarizing the application mechanism of competitive intelligence, an overall model isdesigned byusing various tools and graphic identification methods.【Result/conclusion】It can effectively assist enterprises to complete the work related to competitive intelligence and provide feedback storage services.
