對團隊構成與團隊績效關係的認識有助於充分利用團隊結構優勢、提高團隊效能、建立競爭優勢。理論界對團隊斷裂帶與團隊績效的關係給予了極大關注,然而遺憾的是,研究結果還存在較大分歧。通過明確團隊斷裂帶的屬性類別,探索團隊斷裂帶與團隊績效之間的仲介機制,試圖系統解釋分歧產生的原因。基於115個實際工作團隊配對樣本數據的結構方程模型分析表明,資訊相關斷裂帶通過提高團隊交互記憶系統水準促進團隊績效;社會屬性斷裂帶與團隊交互記憶系統或團隊績效都無顯著關係。本研究結果有助於深化對團隊斷裂帶內涵及效能機制的認識,推動團隊斷裂帶理論的發展。
