傳統觀點認為,存在斷裂帶的團隊中成員學習行為會受到不利影響,即"道不同不相為謀"。本研究通過聚焦信息相關斷裂帶,全面剖析內部學習和外部學習等不同團隊學習方式,深入考察影響斷裂帶團隊學習的關鍵情境因素,探討并論證本文的基本觀點——"道不同",可以"相為謀"。基于56個實際工作團隊配對樣本數據的統計分析結果表明,信息相關斷裂帶對團隊內部學習和外部學習都沒有直接作用。團隊共同任期和交互記憶系統對信息相關斷裂帶團隊內外部學習起調節作用:團隊共同任期越長,信息相關斷裂帶越有利于團隊內部學習及外部學習;交互記憶系統水平越高,信息相關斷裂帶越有利于團隊內部學習及外部學習。
