題名:國小教師兼任組長職場友誼、職家增益與個人幸福感關係之研究

本研究的目的旨在探討國小教師兼任組長職場友誼、職家增益與個人幸福感變項間影響的關係和程度。為了達成上述研究目的,本研究透過問卷調查蒐集研究樣本,發放了650份問卷,受測對象均是全國的小學教師兼任組長,有效問卷總計500份,有效問卷回收率為76.92%,並參酌相關的理論論述,包含社會支持理論 (social support theory)、資源保存理論 (conservation of resources)、及外溢理論 (spillover theory) 等,建構變項間的關係模式,以迴歸分析的統計方法來檢定本研究所建構的關係模式及假設。本研究主要結果與發現如下:
一、不同性別、年齡、教育程度、工作年資、組長年資、學校規模、健康狀況之國小教師兼任組長對職場友誼均無顯著的影響。
二、背景變項中,健康狀況對職家增益具正向且顯著的影響,學校規模對職家增益具負向且顯著的影響,性別、年齡、教育程度、工作年資、組長年資對職家增益皆無顯著的影響。
三、背景變項中,健康狀況對個人幸福感具正向且顯著的影響,性別、年齡、教育程度、工作年資、組長年資、學校規模對個人幸福感皆無顯著的影響。
四、國小教師兼任組長之職場友誼對職家增益具正向且顯著的影響,職家增益對個人幸福感具正向且顯著的影響,職場友誼對個人幸福感具正向且顯著的影響。
最後,本研究根據上述研究結論,提出具體建議,以供國小教師兼任組長、學校單位及未來研究之參考。
The purpose of this study intended to analyze the relationships among workplace friendships, work-family enrichment and well-being of the elementary teachers serving as section chief. The survey was used on this study and total 500 subjects were recruit. The data analysis included descriptive statistics and multiple regression.
Results of this study were summarized as follow: The variables of sex, age, education, school size, teacher tenures, tenures of section chief and health had no significant impact on workplace friendships. The variables of health had significant and positive impact on work-family enrichment, but the variables of school size had significant and negative impact on work-family enrichment. The variables of health had significant and positive impact on well-being. The workplace friendships significantly predicted work-family enrichment, indicating the higher the workplace friendships, the better the work-family enrichment. In addition, the work-family enrichment significantly predicted well-being, indicating the higher the work-family enrichment, the better the well-being. The workplace friendships significantly predicted well-being, indicating the higher the workplace friendships, the better the well-being.
Finally, according to the research results, the recommendations were given to provide references for elementary teachers serving as section chief, elementary schools and future studies.
