健康長壽是人類之永恆追求。經濟社會發展和民生福祉水平提高之重要標誌是人均期望壽命的延長。隨著人口高齡化的不斷加劇,技術創新已成為兩岸養老企業積極應對人口高齡化的第一動力和戰略支撐。近年來,隨著物聯網、大數據、雲計算、人工智能等資訊技術之飛速發展,尤其是隨著新冠肺炎疫情防控數據化被大量地應用,使得數據科技與養老難題正在加速連結,為將養老產業智慧化而提出進一步之構想發展。智慧養老將徹底重構養老產業和養老企業格局。
本研究運用Osterwalder等(2010)商業模式之九個構面作為設計訪談大綱,對企業個案進行半結構式訪談,採取質化與量化的研究,也就是結合個案研究、修正式德菲法與AHP層級程序分析等三種方法,選取兩岸不同智慧養老企業之樣本,從中歸納其商業模式之異同、運作優劣、與營運績效差異,並找出其智慧養老商業模式關鍵成功因素及優先順序。
本文最後提出研究結論,闡述本文之研究貢獻並提出深化發展兩岸養老健康事業之建議。
Health and longevity are human’s eternal pursuit. The great progress of socioeconomic development and people’s well-being could be best reflected by the increase of the average life expectancy. With the constant intensification of aging population, technological innovation has become the prime power and strategic support for the pension enterprises in China mainland and Taiwan to cope with the issue of aging population. Data technology has been connected with the pension issue closer and faster, along with the rapid development of information technology in recent years, such as the internet of things (IoT), big data, cloud computing and artificial intelligence (AI). Particularly, the massive application of datamation for COVID-19 prevention and control, which further boosts the conception of smart senior care industry. Smart senior care will change the pattern of pension industry and enterprises substantially.
Osterwalder’s et al. (2010) business model canvas was the framework used as a research tool, where qualitative and quantitative methods were used, including case study, modified delphi method and analytic hierarchy process. The different enterprises of smart senior care in China mainland and Taiwan were chosen in order to summarise the difference concerning business model, operation performance and operation strengths & weakness, as well as the key success factors and priority of business model in smart senior care industries.
Research conclusion was made in this paper at least: The research significance of this paper was proposed to elaborate and gave suggestions on deepening the development of pension health undertakings in China mainland and Taiwan.
