　　　　　目的：本研究目的在於進行中文版貝克憂鬱量表第二版信度與效度之探討。 方法：本研究共選取180位精神科門診病患為樣本，在獲得個案的同意後，分兩階段進行本研究，個案先填寫完問卷，再由研究人員進行結構性會談以確定診斷。 結果：整體量表之Cronbach's α 為0.94，折半信度方面為0.91。中文版的正常範圍是0-16分，輕度憂鬱症為17-22分，中度憂鬱症為23-30分，重度憂鬱症為31-63分。因素分析結果，也可以獲得兩個因素，分別是認知-情感向度及身體向度。 結論：中文版貝克憂鬱量表第二版具有良好之信度與效度，適合運用於大規模篩檢，以便於能夠有效地尋找出可能之個案。
　　　　　Objective: To test the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of the Beck Depression Inventory-II (BDI-II). Methods: The reliability and validity of the Chinese version of the BDI-II were tested on 180 psychiatric outpatients. Among them, 102 subjects met the DSM-IV diagnostic criteria for major depressive disorder. Results: The scale demonstrated good internal consistency (Cronbach's α=0.94, spilt-half=0.91). The cut-off points of patients with mild, moderate, and severe specifiers were 16/17, 22/23, and 30/31, respectively. Factor analysis showed that the Chinese version of the BDI-II consisted of two underlying factors assessing cognitive-affective and somatic symptoms of depression. Conclusions: This study demonstrated that the Chinese version of the BDI-II had good reliability and validity. It offers promise as a scale which is particularly suited to assess symptom severity, treatment outcome, and in screening for the diagnosis of major depressive disorder.
