The web curriculum has the flexible uses of huge saving space, easy editing, and the means to update and extend data. The purposes of the study were: (1) To explore the contents and essence of the arts appreciation curriculum and instruction. (2) To develop the web model of arts appreciation curriculum and instruction for elementary education. (3) To evaluate the instructional suitability of the web arts appreciation curriculum and instruction. (4) To induct conclusions and suggestions on the using of the web arts appreciation curriculum and instruction in elementary education. The research method of the study was “Action Research Method”. The research procedures were firstly bibliography exploration, and secondly development of systematic structure through expert evaluation, and then the web design of arts appreciation curriculum and instruction. The researcher would set the website of native arts curriculum, and let scholars and experts evaluate the web arts appreciation curriculum. The researcher would promote instructional experiments repeated again to find the best model for the web arts appreciation curriculum and instruction through the evaluation of instructional outcomes. The web arts appreciation curriculum and instruction would promote studies interesting to student through whole study. Web pages would promote learning motivation and offer more diverse information for student’s learning. It has brought new vision and hopes for Art education. Arts Appreciation Curriculum may be taught more effectively through Web pages. Researcher not only get self-confidence in teaching but also provide and share the Web Arts Appreciation curriculum with other teachers via action research.
