題名:目標設定與同儕比較對兒童自我效能及除法學習表現之影響

本研究採2(自設目標與教師指派目標)x 2(同儕比較與不作比較)設計,探討目標設定與同儕比較如何影響國小四年級學童學習數學之自我效能以及學習表現。32名學童在施以自我效能知覺及除法能力前測後,分派到四個實驗組,接受數學除法之教學。第一組除學生自行設定學習目標(即完成多少除法練習題) 外,並同時給予同儕比較之訊息;第二組亦要求其自定目標,然並不作同儕比較;第三組則由教師為其設定學習目標,並接受同儕比較之訊息;第四組只由教師指派目標而不作同儕比較。研究結果顯示「目標設定」與「同儕比較」此二因子間存在顯著之交互作用效果:即在自設目標的情況下,作同儕比較的受試者在除法能力測驗上的表現優於不作比較者;然而在由教師指派目標的情況下,不作同儕比較的學童其表現卻優於作同儕比較者。本文根據此一結果進一步提出有助學童之自律學習歷程發展的建議,以供教育工作者參考。
