本研究主要目的在統整行動控制理論、社會認知理論及目標設定理論以建立自我調整學習理論,並發展有用的自我調整學習評量工具,復以數學四則運算所得之實際資料進行統計考驗,來探討影響國小六年級兒童自我調整學習的因素。本研究以台北縣、市國小六年級學生299人為研究對象,經運用行動取向量表、自我效能量表、目標承諾量表、行動控制情境晤談、情感反應量表及數學四則混合運算測驗等研究工具,所獲得資料以皮爾遜積差相關、2考驗、重複量數變異數分析、迴歸分析及典型相關等方法,進行統計分析,結果發現:(一)行動取向及行動控制策略應用現況方面:1.國小六年級兒童的行動取向以傾向狀態取向者較多。2.國小六年級兒童在行動控制策略應用上,最常應用的是他人控制策略及情境控制策略,最少使用認知控制策略。(二)自我效能高者會設定較高的目標,目標承諾強,較常應用行動控制策略,其在數學四則運算上的表現較佳,由回饋而得之情感反應較正向。在下次類似工作時,會設定較高的目標,並有較高的目標承諾。(三)本研究受試的自我效能較低,在數學四則運算前設定了高的目標,予高的承諾,但實際工作表現卻低於預期目標,要求其若有機會從事類似工作時而設定目標時,其再設目標明顯較前一次低,所作的目標承諾也較低。(四)行動取向中決定與行動控制策略的相關較高,其關聯高低依序是:他人控制及情境控制;相對而言,行動控制策略對決定的解釋力亦較高。(五)行動控制策略對目標設定的解釋量(7.11%)高於目標設定對行動控制策略的解釋量(5.37%),其中以對目標承諾的解釋量較高。(六)在預測力及解釋力方面:對工作表現有預測力的因素為效能強度及自設目標,聯合預測解釋力為56.44%;對目標再設定有預測力的因素為工作表現,預測解釋力為54.32%。綜合研究結果,本研究提出下列建議:(一)加強兒童行動控制策略知識及應用能力,應用直接教導及參與、示範、鷹架教學等方法,在課程中融入行動控制策略知識及應用,使兒童透過練習,體驗「知與行」間的關係。(二)了解學童的行動取向,因勢利導,加強學童自我效能及目標設定的能力,以提昇其學業表現。(三)在未來研究方面,可採縱貫性研究方式深入分析行動取向的成因,即在時間推移下,個人自我調整學習的形成及改變。進而建立自我調整因果模式並以實徵資料考驗之。
