本研究旨在分析高職學生學校社會資本影響因素及其與學習表現之關係,並進一步探討影響學生學校社會資本及學習表現可能的徑路關係。
本研究採問卷調查法與個案訪談進行研究資料的蒐集,調查工具計有「高職學生學校社會資本問卷」、「成就動機問卷」、「生活適應量表」。問卷調查從高高屏三縣市抽取二十所學校,總共回收有效問卷1208份。依照研究階段的不同,問卷資料以SPSS 10.0版統計套裝軟體進行資料分析,統計方法包括項目分析、因素分析、信度分析、描述統計、單因子多變量變異數分析、典型相關分析、多元逐步迴歸分析,並以AMOS 5.0版統計軟體探討假定模式的適配度。此外,再以訪談資料印證量化結果。
本研究得到如下之結論:
壹、高職學生學校社會資本、生活適應的整體平均情形屬於中等程度,成就動機的整體平均情形屬於中上程度。
貳、高職學生學校社會資本層面的「同儕關係」表現較佳,「親師關係」較不理想,有待加強。
叁、不同家庭社經地位、個人特性、學校背景變項的高職學生在學校社會資本上有顯著差異。
肆、學校社會資本與學習表現具有顯著的典型相關。
伍、多數家庭社經地位、個人特性、學校背景變項能有效預測學校社會資本、學業成就、生活適應。
陸、本研究所提出之徑路模式,經結構方程模式考驗結果顯示所建立之徑路模式與觀察變項資料良好適配。
柒、本研究徑路模式「家庭社經地位」對「學校社會資本」、「學業成就」具有直接效果之影響,對「學業成就」、「生活適應」有間接效果之影響 ; 「族群」對「學校社會資本」具有直接效果之影響,對「學業成就」、「生活適應」有間接效果之影響 ;「成就動機」對「學校社會資本」、「學業成就」、「生活適應」具有直接效果之影響,對「學業成就」、「生活適應」亦有間接效果之影響 ; 「學校社會資本」對「學業成就」、「生活適應」具有直接效果之影響。
根據上述結論,最後分別針對教育行政機關、學校與教師、學生家長及未來研究等四個面向分別提出建議,以供參考。
壹、對教育行政機關的建議
一、新設學校及現有學校規模調整以中型規模為宜
二、改進原住民高職學生教育發展計畫,提升其學校社會資本
三、增加補助私立高職學生學費,多方提供支持與協助資源
四、降低城鄉高職生之間學校社會資本的差距
貳、對學校與教師的建議
一、提供低家庭社經地位學生、原住民學生校內工讀機會,推動課後扶助計畫
二、針對社區特性及學生需求調整科別,成立特殊班級,提供學生多元發展機會,提高學生成就動機。
三、多與男生溝通,適度採納學生意見
四、辦理親職教育研習活動,教導學生家長正確教育子女知能
五、教師應運用多元管道與家長聯繫,使家長關心子女學校教育,加強親師關係。
叁、對學生家長的建議
一、參加終身教育及親職教育活動,強化父母效能
二、家長要與學校教師密切聯繫,建立良好的親師關係
三、對子女抱持適當的期望,鼓勵子女多元發展,提高子女成就動機。
四、鼓勵子女與同儕建立積極、正向的關係,增加學習資源

The purpose of this study was to examine the influential factors on senior vocational high school students’school social capital and their relationship with learning performances.
This study employed questionnaire and interviews.The population of the study was senior vocational high school students in Kaohsiung city,Kaohsiung county and Pingtung county. The total usuable number of questionnaires returned was 1208.Data were analyzed by methods of descriptive and inferential statistics, including mean and standard deviation, MANOVA, canonical correlation analysis,stepwise multiple regression and SEM.
The results of this study were as follows:
1.The senior vocational high school students’school social capital and their life adjustment were in average while their achievement motivation was above average.
2.The students’peer relation was good, but their parent-teacher relation was poor.
3.There were significant differences in school social capital among different family social economical status,individual characteristics and school background variables.
4.There was a significant canonical correlation between the students’school social capital and their learning performance.
5.Social economical status,individual characteristics and school background variables were significant predictors of the students’school social capital. In addition, the students’school social capital with a lot of the aforesaid variables were significant predictors of academic achievement and life adjustment .
6.The fit indices for path correlation model about school social capital,academic achievement, life adjustment indicated a good fit.
Based on the results of this study, the researcher made some suggestions for educational authorities, school authorities and teachers, students’parents and the future study.
