課程決策是複雜的政治的過程，決策者和決策相關團體企圖利用權力去左右他人，以影響將擬訂的課程政策，課程決策的過程，或教室的課程實際等等。在激烈的政治、經濟和社會變動下，日本文部科學省的課程決策面臨了許多挑戰首問題。本文從政治的觀點探討日本的課程決策及其問題，如：日本文部科學省的政治結構為何？其課程決策有何特質？面臨哪些問題？有哪些因素影響日本的課程決策？等等，作為我國課程決策的參考。
Curriculum policy-making is a complex political process, policy makers and concerned groups intend to affect other people’s actions through power, in order to influence curriculum policy made, policy-making processes, and curriculum implementation in classroom. In the face of drastic social, political, and economic changes, the Ministry of Education, Culture, and Science of Japan has encountered a number of problems and challenges in curriculum policy. What is the political structure of the Ministry of Education, Culture, and Science? What is the main characters of curriculum policy? What factors influence curriculum policy-making? This article investigates curriculum policy and its problems in Japan form political viewpoint.
