題名:海洋雙人獨木舟划行者之溝通行為與人際關係發展研究

本篇研究旨在了解海洋雙人獨木舟前後座划行者的溝通互動行爲,並了解參與海洋雙人獨木舟活動前後,前後座划行者之間是否有不一樣的關係緊密度。本研究以國立體育學院戶外領導與教育研究中心,2006阿拉斯加海洋獨木舟冒險計畫的12位成員爲研究對象,以質性研究方式,於95年6月3日及6月4日的東港、小琉球海洋獨木舟長距離越野的訓練結束後,透過自陳問卷,讓受訪者錄音回答。研究的結果顯示海洋雙人獨木舟前座後划行者會因爲個別的任務不同而有角色扮演上的差異;在溝通特性上,以任務性的溝通爲主,而任務性溝通也是其最大的溝通動機;在前後座人員的人際關係緊密度變化部份,由於海洋雙人獨木舟營造出合作學習的環境,促使人際關係的發展除了既有成份、工具成份,還有感情成份的發展,前後座者彼此會發展出爲對方自發性的關心與協助,甚至不分彼此的關係。但也發現由於溝通時間短、及溝通動機的影響,造成即使有長時間划行,但對彼此認識的深度、廣度增加都有限。最後從本研究探討出來的海洋雙人獨木舟前後座划行者的角色任務、溝通特性、活動後人際關係緊密度變化等結果,提出幾點建議給予從事體驗教育實務工作者在設計海洋獨木舟體驗教育活動時作爲參考。
The Purpose of the study was to understand communication behaviors of tandem kayak paddlers and the development of their relationships. The Objects of the study were twelve graduate students who had kayak tourism to and fro between Donggang and Liouciou for two days. Questionnaires about communication behaviors and relationship with the bow-stern dyad were completed after the tourism each day. The result showed that bow paddlers and stern paddlers play different roles because of their different duties. Most of tandem paddlers' communication behaviors were task-oriented acts. As for relationship between tandem paddlers, they help and cared for each other spontaneously and had mutuality, interdependence, unifying for companions. However, the study also found that paddlers were not acquainted with every aspect of their companions because of the communication motive. According to the above-mentioned results, the researcher made some discussions for the results and proposed suggestions for practitioners.
