Spatial Conception is recognized as a main principle and core concept of Geography. As Geography is also a "Spatial Science", Spatial Analysis is one of the important methodologies applied to the related research. Taiwan in Japanese Authority, the colonial government has forced the combination of Jintou and political affairs, which is called national jintou. In city planning, "Jinjas" are built in every city block to make them landmarks. They are not only occupied in large ground, but also the belief centers. In coordination with other religious policies, Japanese is taking actions to replace Taiwan's traditional belief with Jintou. This research uses the approach of Spatial Analysis to study the effects brought by "Taiwan City Planning"(1936) on Jinjas' distribution in cities. And the result shows, in the City Correction period (before 1936), it is after the building of Jinjas, then the City Correction Planning Blueprint is announced. But after the Plan kicks off, Jinjas need to be drawn in the City Planning beforehand; and they will be built in a special location refer to the planning accordingly. These 2 approaches are quite different from each other. The locations of Jinjas in the City Planning are also related to some spatial characters.
