實景合成3D動畫除了在寫實要求上提供製作的精確度外,更具備時效性的優勢,因此近年來在電影製作上日益普遍,其中尤以特效片最常見此應用。然而相關應用研究卻不多見,有關擬真實務製作文獻更是付諸闕如,因此本創作研究以實景合成3D動畫爲研究對象,分析探討其擬真關鍵之要素,以利創作者從事相關製作之參考。本研究以電影、電視中普遍的實景合成3D元素方法爲基礎,分析其效果,確認實景合成3D動畫之優勢爲善用觀眾心理上的認知-背景之實景提供觀者認知的真實,使其連帶認同動畫的模擬是真實發生的事件;也因此更能使觀眾的同理心提高,進而更融入創作所要表現之劇情。研究中探討如何觀察分析實際拍攝影像,以及事後如何在3D影像上作有效的模擬,進而利用這些特性去加強畫面所欲傳達的情境表現。本研究創作之目的在於達成技術與方法的分析整合,並應用於實景合成3D元素之創作,讓電腦動畫製作更便利,創作人也更能時效兼備的創作實景合成3D元素類型的動畫作品。
"Compositing 3D Computer Animation onto Live Scenes" not only satisfies realism requirement, but also provides effectiveness in film production. As a matter of fact, it has becomes one of the major trends in film industry, especially for films that have visual effects. Nonetheless, related studies are not many and published works about practical production are really rare. Therefore, our work studies on compositing 3D computer animation onto live footages, and focuses on the realism factors in creating the combined scenes. This study is based on general Compositing 3D Computer Graphics to Live Scenes technology in the movie & TV commercials. It first verifies that visual realism can be done through the best use of viewers' psychological cognition-live scenes of the background offer cognitive "photorealism" to viewers. Further, make viewers identify with the story psychologically and visually. Then it addresses on how to observe and analyze the features from the live scenes, and their roles in realistic simulation on 3D animation and composition. Finally, these features are integrated to strengthen the expression we want. The purpose of this study is to analyze and integrate technologies and approaches. Through applying the research results in our creation work, it provides the artists an useful reference in producing visual effects with 3D computer animation and live scenes.
