This research was for the purpose of discussing the sport enjoyment and learning satisfaction toward elementary school student in the physical education. Besides, the research compared the difference of sex, grade, and school size between the sport enjoyment and learning satisfaction, discussed the situation of correlation and prediction. This research used the questionnaire survey method, and to took "the questionnaire of sport enjoyment and learning satisfaction toward elementary school students in the physical education" as study tool. The research object was to survey the elementary school higher grade students in Nantou County, and recycled effective 610 questionnaires. The obtained date was analyzed and the results were: Ⅰ、The sport enjoyment and learning satisfaction toward Nantou elementary school students were higher than average; Regard to the sport enjoyment, the sport profit was the highest, others in order, competition enjoyment, class atmosphere, classmate relationship, sport present, and the sport ability was the lowest. Regarding to the learning satisfaction aspects, the teacher teaching was the highest, others in order, location equipment, class content, teaching administration. Ⅱ、The sex variable revealed no different for the sport enjoyment, but it revealed difference in the learning satisfaction; The male students were higher than female students. The grade variable revealed difference in sport enjoyment and learning satisfaction, 5th-grade students were higher than 6th-grade students. The school size variedly revealed no difference in sport enjoyment and learning satisfaction. Ⅲ、The factors between sport enjoyment and learning satisfaction revealed positive correlation; Correlation between class atmosphere and location equipment was 0.52. Ⅳ、Regarding to the prediction in sport enjoyment factors toward learning satisfaction; Just only class atmosphere, classmate relationship, sport present, and sport profit entered formula; The total variance explained the sport enjoyment to learning satisfaction was 39%. The variance explained of class atmosphere was highest 33%.
